The third in the 2009 series of the ever popular Alliance Française Jazz Nights is to be held on Friday 31 July from 7-9 pm.

The Utopia Collective is a flexible roster of great jazz performers supporting four core members - John Mackey (saxophone), Greg Stott (Guitar), Jason Varlet (Bass) and Mark Sutton (Drums). The Collective's prime concern is the presentation of original contemporary jazz music although they also like to interpret the occasional standard and fuse with other styles from around the world. On this night you will hear the four core members in the intimate setting of the Alliance Francaise.

Once again this is a Jazz Night you would not want to miss. Do join us with your friends for some exciting Canberra music culture!
