Cooking Classes
with a new format: a cook-off between our teachers!
Each week, a different teacher will guide you and a small group through preparing a delicious recipe in our kitchen, following a workshop
that introduces the dish and its country or region of origin. At the end of each class, students will rate the dishes,
and the winning recipe will be revealed during the final class.
Our director Nabila will kick things off with her famous olive tagine—don't miss it!
Classes in English with some French!
Please remember to bring your own apron.
Each meal you prepare during the course is for you to bring home.
Ingredients may include flour (gluten), nuts, dairy, and meat.
