Sri Lankan Lamb Curry
Bite sized juicy lamb morsels slow-cooked in a mild Sri Lankan curry paste of exotic spices, coconut, garlic and ginger extracts and fresh herbs
Potato Themparadu (Sri Lankan Devilled Potatoes)
Potatoes slow-tempered in a special concoction of coriander, cumin, fenugreek and coconut cream and garnished with fresh coriander
Bean Thel Dala (Sri Lankan Fried Green Beans)
Green Beans stir-fried with a special concoction of coriander, cumin, fenugreek and coconut cream
Fish Fricadels
Minced Tuna and diced potatoes cooked with mild Sri Lankan condiments, double-coated with egg wash, crumbed and deep-fried until golden brown

Fluffy Saffron Rice cooked in a special blend of secret ingredients garnished with fried onions, nuts and raisins – A Speciality of Sri Lankan Raj
