This is happening, we are having our new café région on september, and this time, heading to Ghana ! 

Perched on the edge of West Africa and a diverse and bustling nation with an international community
and a fast-growing economy, there are many reasons to learn more about the Ghanaian culture and exploring Ghanaian foods with some amazing local dishes!

_The program
We will share an exquisite dinner while exploring the culture and traditions of GHANA ! 
We will also host the famous drummers group : Drumassault for some traditional African drummers performance and some African dances as well !

Slow cooked chicken thigh fillet in a sauce of tomato, spices, pepitas and spinach

Spicy beef casserole (gluten, dairy and nut free)
Beef slow cooked with  exotic spices in a rich and flavoursome sauce

Black-eye bean casserole (vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy and nut free)
Soft and tenderly cooked beans in a rich tomato and spice sauce


Coconut sweet (vegetarian)

A traditional sweet of coconut and spices, dusted with cinnamon sugar (not-GF, vegetarian)

 Banana and rice sweets
Deep fried sweet mix of banana, rice, lemon and spices (vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy and nut free)
