Celebrate Brittany at the Alliance Française de Canberra!
Join us for a special Breizh Night on Friday 26 June, from 6pm to 8pm, and discover the
vibrant traditions of Brittany through music, dance and food.
The evening will include a short presentation on Brittany, its culture and language, followed by an introduction to Fest Noz, a traditional Breton gathering with music and group dancing. No experience is needed, everyone is welcome to join in and learn a few steps in a friendly atmosphere!
You will also be able to enjoy some delicious Breton specialities, with crêpes and galettes available for purchase, as well as cider.
A glass of cider or apple juice is included in your ticket!

Learn more about Brittany, a region with a rich cultural identity, unique traditions, Celtic roots and its own language. This short presentation will introduce you to Breton culture, from its heritage and music to its traditions and the Breton language.
A friendly introduction to traditional Breton dance, led by dancers from BZH Sydney. Open to all ages and all levels, no experience needed!
Traditional homemade crêpes and savoury Breton galettes will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
