Jean-Rene Degans, a captain in the French Navy, is studying in the Defence and Strategic Studies Course at the Australian War College.
François Nozaic is an Australian military officer. Since January 2025, he is working as a Deputy Director Visits and Foreign Attaché Management.
Eric Frécon is currently a visiting fellow at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, with research focussing on maritime security and regional politics in Southeast Asia.
Frédéric Grare is a Senior Research Fellow at the National Security College as part of an expert program sponsored by the French government.
Jean-Marie Kowalski is an associate professor at Université Paris-Sorbonne, who is an expert in naval and military history.
