As part of the So France So Good campaign, which celebrates French gastronomy in Australia from 17 June to 1 July 2025, the Alliance Française is delighted to welcome the renowned chef Christophe for an exceptional truffle demonstration and tasting on 26 June! He has been sharing his love of French cuisine and culture in Australia for over 20 years, running the now-closed Le Très Bon restaurant in Bungendore with his wife Joséphine, and currently organising international gourmet tours and cooking classes.
So if you want to enjoy a diner à la française, join us on 26 June from 6-8pm. Chef Christophe will learn you how to prepare delicious fresh black truffles, providing printed recipes and cooking demonstrations. You'll then have the chance to try them with a cauliflower velouté and chantilly cream, and cherry on the cake, enjoy chocolate truffled chouquettes for dessert!
So, are you ready to become the best French gourmet chef by joining us?
