Join us for The Art of Truffle by Chef Christophe on Friday 3 July, from 6pm to 8pm, and enjoy an elegant evening dedicated to one of France’s most refined culinary treasures.

Hosted by award-winning French chef Christophe, Knight of the Order of Agricultural Merit, this special event will invite you to discover the world of truffle through chef’s stories, a live cooking demonstration, and a full truffle-inspired dinner.

The evening will include a full truffle menu with a starter, main course and dessert, accompanied by a glass of wine and live music during dinner for a warm and elegant dining experience.

Whether you are already a truffle lover or simply curious to learn more, this evening is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a refined French dining experience right here in Canberra.

Meet Chef Christophe

Trained in France, Chef Christophe has travelled the world sharing his passion for French gastronomy. President of the Escoffier Association in Australia, he has trained chefs across Europe, the Pacific, the Americas and Australia.

An award-winning chef and highly regarded teacher, Christophe is known for his warm, generous approach and his talent for making refined French cuisine accessible and inspiring.

In July 2024, he was awarded the rank of Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole at the French Embassy in Canberra, in recognition of his contribution to French culinary excellence.
