Events to promote cultural exchanges
The Alliance Française is proud to support and promote cultural exchanges. Australian and foreign artists all year round by regular exhibitions in its gallery.
From the artworks of Canberra's schools to aboriginal exhibitions, the Alliance Française regularly promotes French & Australian culture and relations. Among these, we regularly welcome exhibitions from:
- The recipients of the prestigious ANU School of Art
- The annual Alliance Française Foundation art competition
- The Francophony art competition "Dis moi dix mots" around 10 words prepared by the secondary and primary schools of the ACT.
Every exhibition is celebrated by an opening day which is open for all.
If you are an artist and are interested in exhibiting your artwork at the Alliance, please contact us at events@afcanberra.com.au
Note that any membership from the Alliance Françaises in Australia give you the right to reductions on our events.
